Hope everyone is doing well and had a wonderful holiday season and new year so far. 

I just wanted to shed some light on a few topics.

Chat:  My chat is the icon you will find on the bottom right hand corner of your screen when on the website. When it is live, it will light up blue. If it is greyed out then your message will be sent via email and someone will get back to you asap. 

Fonts: Not all fonts will work on a certain product. If the item has a font list and there are some fonts missing from the drop-down, it means the font will not work for that particular product so it has been omitted from the options. 

Valentine Orders: Due to delays in shipping around the holidays. The last day to order for Valentine's Day delivery will be February 7th
