All orders are shipped to the address you have provided on your order invoice.
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. International orders will be shipped via International First Class mail. Insurance is not included for internantional orders but is available upon request.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery after shipment in the U.S. for delivery unless you have upgraded the shipping speed.
Current processing time not including shipping is currently 3 to 5 business days. May vary during holidays
International shipments should take approximately 6-18 days. You are responsible for your countries customs or duty fees as I do not collect those fees.
**Please Note** I have had a few customers wait over a month on international orders due to customs hold. It is important for you to check with customs if you have not received your order once the status shows it is in your country.
All purchases will contain a tracking number. Please make sure to track your package in order to know when it will arrive, as I will have to file a claim prior to resending your item. This can take 2 to 6 weeks.

If for some reason you are not happy with your item, please contact me for an RMA and return the item within 14 days if applicable upon receipt of the merchandise and I will be more than happy to exchange or issue a refund, minus shipping fees**

**Non personalized Bracelets and Non Personalized Necklaces may be returned in new, undamaged condition in original packaging for refund or exchange and must be post marked within 14 days of receiving your order.
Personalized or Personalized hand stamped charms, Personalized handstamped or Personalized engraved jewelry, personalized keychains may not be returned.
Due to sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned.
You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
There is a no refund policy in effect after 30 days.
